Set right in the heart of the New Forest, Fox & Hounds makes the ideal venue for all kinds of group gatherings. Whether you’re looking for a cosy space to hold a meeting, an intimate space for a dinner party, or somewhere to dance the night away we have an area that will suit you perfectly.
We offer a personal one-to-one service to design a package that will take the pain out of planning. By dealing with our function co-ordinator throughout your booking and helping you every step of the way, we can offer a tailor made package to suit your needs.
Our function pack contains information on the layout of the pub and our function spaces (detailed below), as well as sample menus for buffets, set menus and our more bespoke rotisserie offerings. During the summer months we can also host hog roasts and barbecues on our terrace – for more information just contact us.

The Brew Room
Overview
Join us in our Beautiful new 'Brew Room', which we have designed around our wonderful selection of Craft Beers. The perfect space for your function - tucked away from the main bar area for a more private experience at The Fox.
Seating up to 14 for a sit down meal, with space for 25+ for buffets.

The Dining Room
Overview
Our whole dining room, seating up to 45 across separate tables, is also available to hire for buffets and sit-down meals.

The Stag Room
Overview
With space for 16 seated together, our Stag Room is perfect for dinner parties or meetings and accommodates 20+ for buffets. The area itself can be curtained off from the main dining room for extra privacy and has access to AV equipment if required.
Opening out onto our terrace, we also offer indoor/outdoor functions allowing you to make the most of our outdoor space – when the English weather permits!
